SEPTEMBER PRAYER VIGIL AGENDA FOR VINEYARD AT TUTTLE CROSSING

TO BECOME A HOUSE OR PRAYER
For God to enable us to form and sustain a culture of prayer that becomes an engine of grace
God's promises: "And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem (the church) a spirit of grace and supplication (prayer)." Zech. 12:10
"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you and you will be my witnesses...they returned to Jerusalem and...they all joined together constantly in prayer." Acts 1:8, 14

FOR HEALING, RECONCILIATION AND UNITY
IN OUR NATION
AMONG CHURCHES
AMONG NATIONS
IN OUR CONGREGATION
For repentance to break out everywhere, for healing of wounds and forgiveness of offenses between people and groups who are alienated from each other
God's Promises: "For He himself is our peace, who has made the two one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, by abolishing in his flesh the law with its commandments and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself on new man out of the two, thus making peace, and in this one body to reconcile both of them to God through the Cross, by which He put to death their hostility." Ephesians 2:14-16
"Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Be diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace." Ephesians 4:2-3
"He will judge between the nations and will settle disputes for many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore." Isaiah 2:4

FOR OUR MISSION AT VINEYARD
For God to grant us success in our mission to make disciple making disciples who form many, new missional communities (new small groups and churches).
