Hurricane Harvey

The recent flooding in Houston from Hurricane Harvey has created destruction on a scale not seen before in America.  At the Vineyard, we believe that everyone gets to play, and we can, through Mercy Response, an outreach of the New Orleans Vineyard.  Here is how you can help:
Fill A Box of Hope
Three types of boxes are needed: Baby Items, Hygiene Items, and Food. The lists for these boxes are located at the bottom of this email. These are both boxes of needed staples and opportunities for Mercy Response volunteers to directly share God's love.  They will be collected here at VTC through
September 21st.
1.      Choose which list you would like to fill (Baby, Hygiene, or Food, also check the list for specialty items for demo and clean up)
2.   Get any item/s from that list, you don't need enough to fill a whole box (unless you want to).
3.   Bring those items back to VTC and put them in an empty Box of Hope.
Kurtz Brothers Mulch has generously donated two semi-trailers, as well as the drivers to take these supplies to the Mercy Response camps. Reach out to your work, school, or neighborhood community to get involved. If you need more info please contact Maggie at 614-402-4876.
